Why McClain?

Founded in 1999, McClain Landscape Services quickly grew from a single pickup truck into an enterprise with the full-time personnel and equipment necessary to perform virtually any property improvement imaginable. Relying mainly on word-of-mouth from satisfied clients, the formula for this rapid growth included passion, hard work and formal education.

Providing a positive Customer experience involves much more than words or feelings; it requires very conscious efforts. Our determination to consistently make these efforts is what places us above and beyond many other landscaping firms.

  1. We are committed to logical project planning. A well organized approach to the construction process is the most essential ingredient in Customer satisfaction. Performing all steps in a proper sequence greatly minimizes headaches, as well as the cost of time and materials. It also means that the worksite remains much neater, and therefore safer, during the project.

  2. We are committed to superior communications. Keeping the entire workforce well-informed of the Customer’s expectations greatly reduces errors and annoying “do- overs.”

  3. We are committed to retaining an experienced and dedicated work crew. A contented staff is also a trustworthy staff. Our long-term relationships with our crew leaders and employees enable us to be intimately familiar with their knowledge and capabilities. Without this critical familiarity, it would be impossible to predict the outcome or timeframe of any project.

  4. We are committed to maintaining all of our equipment in clean, reliable working order. Our willingness to reinvest in this area greatly reduces any unforeseen (and frustrating) delays.

  5. We are committed to our client’s well-being. If we believe that any element of a plan will be a detriment to the property’s appearance and/or value, we will actively voice our opinions.
